Accolade Wines Australia and Lexia Analytics
Lexia and Accolade have been working together on multiple data analytics projects in their Australian business since 2019, ranging from trading term analysis and promotional effectiveness to customer profitability. Lexia delivers a monthly profitability cube for the Australian independents market. The cube is a bespoke tool built in Python & Power BI and utilizes multiple data sources to present a clear picture of secondary customer profitability from all angles.
Transaction Level Profitability
- Strategic cost allocation enables profitability to be calculated for every individual transaction. The database design enables this output to be analysed from all angles – customer, product, brand, region, contract, salesperson etc.
